Very impressed with the professionalism throughout the tour. The apartment was amazing and very spacious for the price (compared to others I had been looking at). The property was very nice and obviously well taken care of.

It all went very smoothly, place was clean. Kelli was so sweet and helpful!

It was a very easy move in process! Everything was handled seamlessly with paperwork through the app, and we were able to make our apartment feel like home within the day! The grounds were clean upon arrival as they are everyday which is a great feeling for home!

Very friendly and accommodating staff. They went above and beyond to help us as we are new to town. We moved to Peoria with just the necessities and they let us have items sent to the address the week of our move in date and put them in our apartment for us. We haven't lived in an apartment in almost 30 years but never experienced such a kind, friendly, and helpful staff.

Kelli in the office is amazing and provides top notch customer service. However, I was slightly disappointed when I moved in as some areas of the apartment were much dirtier than expected because I clean when I move on anyway. The cleaning vendor didn't do very well at all. Jason in maintenance is great as well.

Ellie is fantastic!! My surroundings are well kept and I'm pleased to see the pot holes repaired today.

It’s been lovely :) move in was smooth and the place looks spiffy! Only bad thing was the ac not working one night but maintenance immediately fixed it after barely any time at all the next morning which is awesome. We appreciate everyone and everything here.
