No communication from the office. I understand the COVID policies, but they never responded to my email with my keys and questions about my deposit on move out day. I’m the original tenant, and the office staff has never been friendly or responsive. I still need an answer to my email, I would like my security deposit back. I called the office to confirm that they received my move out and keys, and they said they Would respond to my email. Still no response a day and a half later.
