Service staff is extremely friendly and do a great job. Office staff is friendly and professional in person. Their administrative email correspondence is slow or often fails to respond to emails or questions. They make constant errors with notices regarding rent payments which were actually paid. Again, once the issue is resolved you rarely receive an acknowledgment email.I’ve only needed to place 1 ticket for a service repair on my exterior window. It’s been over a week and no follow up

The management staff has somewhat tended to our issues that we have encountered. Although, the staff is quite lax about a lot of policies and general etiquette with the apartment complex. They have seemingly no urge to enforce policies such as pet disposal (there’s dog poop everywhere), residents who live in the complex seemingly use the guest parking spot in lieu of their own spot (presumably for convenience, or because they have more than one car).The unit below directly us recently had a fire that caused a temporary evacuation of the complex. While no one was hurt, our unit, and probably other neighboring apartments, was filled with the smell of smoke causing us to stay in a hotel due to a fear of breathing conditions. There was no outreach or verification from management to ensure that neighboring apartments were indeed “safe” (I.e breathing conditions) as opposed to preemptively determining safety.On a final note, the maintenance has tried their best to tend to our issues but there has been immense delays with incomplete projects (our dishwasher is sticking out of kitchen cabinet). I know they are bound by competing bids but this bid process is asinine and utterly inefficient.In general, this complex, while small, is sorely understaffed.

We reached out via email to schedule a move out inspection, and never received a response until we called the office the day before our lease expired. Furthermore we waited in the apartment during the move out inspection time slot they had given us and never saw anyone. We simply decided to go turn in our keys and leave as we had already waited for three hours.
