This is a Quality Property and the Team is Very Responsive and Friendly😎🙏🏽🏠

I have lived here for 7 years. The biggest issue I have is neighbors not picking up after themselves or their pets. People throw their trash on the ground, or throw papers into empty mailboxes. People's dogs pee and poop all over and they don't pick it up even though we have doggie bags around our area. I wish we had more cameras to monitor the hallways and especially the stairwells because the lighting isn't good in the stairwells and we can figure out who's littering or allowing their dogs to do this. I would love more community activities and the movie nights are great! More food trucks and things that allow us to get to know our neighbors would be great.

I felt that the front office was avoiding me. There was never staff around to talk so I was always waiting for more details. As well there was an option to renew my lease through the portal but it gave no instructions or options for terminating my lease. When I tried to ask questions the front office was avoidant and I still have not been given the total for my move out costs or the week I lived past my lease date

really the deal was excellent an incredible hospitality, it's like being at home
