Very nice staff who assisted me. I will say the property does have alot of room for exterior improvement. The are alot of signes of wear, scuffing on the walls , the pavers when you drive in, the maintenance in the apartments( ie worn appliances, wrong color caulking, yellowing of some of the cabinets, the amenities need closer attention to detail with them being cleaned, lights through out the community flickering. This would keep me from leasing as it shows the level of care and attention that Faifield is putting into its community especially at the price point it is not a good look in my opinion. Also the floor plan i'm interested in there is only one in the entire community so that is a bit of a bummer. But the Assistant manger who helped me was kind, attentive, answered all my questions and even helped me look at some of your sister properties for a better fit. Fairfield needs to have someone else with him in the office on the weekends as he should not be my himself managing the needs of an entire community and potential residents on his own. Fairfield is a multi million dollar firm, if the excuse is it's not in the budget that is not acceptable. There should be at least two people in the office at all times.

Key fobs and garage door opener never work together it’s always one way or another, first time I moved here the apartment wasn’t clean. Pools always dirty and the sinks always clogging up and fill up with black water, we’ve unclogged it a few times because we have the necessary tools but it’s really gross.

The apartment hallways seemed dark and the areas did not seem as modern as some of the other places I visited, but my leasing agent was superb and she really knew her stuff.
