Our company has been using the ApexLink Property Management software for quite a while now. What a difference it has made in our life and the profitability of our rental business. I handle mostly the financial aspect of our property management business. I've had a couple of issues while using the software, but the support staff at ApexLink is top-notch. They respond quickly and work with you until the issue is resolved. I can't say enough good things about how complete and detailed the software is working and how user friendly it is also! I can highly recommend this software with no hesitation to any property management company that's looking to make life easier, yet have access to a wealth of information regarding all aspects of their company. It is easy to find any information you need in ApexLink and there is a whole video library you can check to know how to get things done quicker. There is always a learning curve with all new software solutions so it took some time to get used to ApexLink but the learning curve was extremely shorter compared to other software programs. We are overall very satisfied with the software. It is very easy to use and you can easily figure everything out yourself through their help center. The ApexLink customer service is great. Very timely responses. The system layout is very nice and user friendly. It is very easy to figure things out for yourself without calling for help. Their communication system is wonderful, they have so many functions that it is difficult to use all of them but we like how everything flows together. It is also very easy to find anything you are looking for. Their user guide is very extensive and laid out thoughtfully and professionally. We have no complains about this system. This software is very user friendly and offers a variety of features required to manage any property size efficiently. The spotlight is pretty awesome with respect to having features available right in front of you for instant data analysis and quick decision making. Reports formats are easy to understand and filter options provide ease of use for any level. Right from Corporate to Property staff level, this gives convenience of use for everyone depending on the tasks and responsibilities. Permission Control with respect to roles and position is also very cool. ApexLink has met all our requirements, it is easy to use and you can find most answers to your questions on the help center which has hundredths of articles and videos to choose from. My company doesn't use ApexLink nearly to its full capacity, but the few features we use are perfect and intuitive, and our tenants, owners and vendors have adopted the online platform quickly and easily and they all love it. The technical support is fantastic- one on one coaching calls through learning the multiple features. We know that this software is going to help our portfolio grow. We love it! I have been using the ApexLink system for quite a while now and I love it. I really like the fact that someone is there to correct anything that I need in timely manner. They respond very quickly. I also like that they always have the same people in the US answering the phone. I am still learning, but it’s not that hard. Everything is very accurate and easy to learn. We are a small property management company in Netanya Israel, managing 163 properties. We manage both single-family and multi-family homes. We went "live" with ApexLink about two months ago and couldn't be happier. Before we had been using QuickBooks, MS Word and spreadsheets, lots of spreadsheets, and it wasn't efficient for the size of our business or to be able to grow our business. ApexLink has exceeded all of our expectations when it comes to how efficient the system works. The implementation process went as smooth or even better as it could have gone. And now that we have been actively using the system for about two months, we are so pleased with our decision. ApexLink has allowed us to focus on other tasks that come with running a property management company that had been ignored due to the time it use to take us to record everything and run all of our necessary reports and also grow the company. The software is very easy to use and you can tell that it was put together by people who have deep knowledge of property management. I had asked for a demo and a free trial of the ApexLink software program as an owner of a small property management company. It is such an easy system to use that incorporates many different features in regards to collecting rent and tenants maintenance tickets etc. Keeping track of rent payment is very convenient, and they made it so you could see on your homepage under the spotlight section what your organization's collections looked like. It was super easy to set up other users of our company, and the team at ApexLink were there to help us through the whole process. I cannot stress how wonderful the customer service was. I had an issue and called the phone number and was able to speak directly with someone who helped me immediately. They are extremely understanding, courteous, and very helpful. These are really down to earth people who want to help your business. If you are a company looking to organize and grow you portfolio, you may want to contact ApexLink. I've had a great experience using the ApexLink system. The staff is very professional and make sure that everything runs smoothly and are there to answer any questions one may have. As a landlord, I was made to feel like an important client whose time was valuable, which is something that you don't experience very often from the big software companies. The ApexLink software is very easy to use. You can easily run background screening on prospective renters before you accept their application which helps to prevent future problems. Overall, our experience has been very good with ApexLink. The implementation and training went very well, I was impressed, and all issues that came up during the implementation and onboarding period was promptly corrected by the ApexLink staff. Everything worked as expected. We are very pleased that ApexLink was responsive and more than willing to do what they can to help. The software is very responsive and easy to use.
