The communication between Apple Mitsubishi is the best. As I said before I am very pleased with their services. This is the second time they’ve serviced my vehicle and although they are some distance from where I live I am willing to make that trip knowing the positive results at the end.I am impressed with the service and the employees at Apple Mitsubishi. There was a problem with my warranty company and although it took a little longer Brittany (my service agent) got things rolling and the service dept did a great job in getting my car fixed and I’ve had no further problems with my car. I am pleased to have found this company.

When the service advisor discussed the need to change it next time in, I told her that there must be something wrong with my ventilation system because I had changed the filter myself earlier that week when I vacuumed the car. She explained that they “extrapolated” that inspection point from the time they changed it last.I love the car I bought from you. You matched the best deal, I could find and the value of my trade. Even then though, I found the car in the nationwide inventory and had to argue with your salespeople who assured me there were no plug in hybrids on the lot.
