The only question I had a problem with was the one about the work being completed correctly. The options were yes or no. I would liked to have answered “I hope so”. Since I have no idea whether it was or not. I have no reason to believe it wasn’t!Very prompt and efficient service

No car wash availableGave wife a list of services needed and wasn't accurate at all. Was almost a 1000 dollars more then actually needed!Don't tell people they need to have stuff done to car when is not needed. Especially for someone who is knowledgeable and a mechanic!

My sales rep Ethan was absolutely amazing! Ethan was polite, kind and attentive. Ethan was not pushy like some sales people I've delt with in the past. I asked about 4 vehicles and that was it and Ethan was quick to get me the information I asked for and didn't try to push different vehicles on me. Yeah, my appointment is for 9:30 AM my card and I could take him back till 10 o’clock. No one came and talk to me and told me why I was just in for an oil change tire rotation just wondering why it took a half an hour to get in.No commentI like your courtesy and the way you deal with customers
