This part is usually goodNot sure why it takes over a hour to change oil ,not very realistic esp on a newer car, there isn’t much to check or service

The only question I had a problem with was the one about the work being completed correctly. The options were yes or no. I would liked to have answered “I hope so”. Since I have no idea whether it was or not. I have no reason to believe it wasn’t!Very prompt and efficient service

No car wash availableGave wife a list of services needed and wasn't accurate at all. Was almost a 1000 dollars more then actually needed!Don't tell people they need to have stuff done to car when is not needed. Especially for someone who is knowledgeable and a mechanic!
