All around great experience

Very friendly! The process from start to finish was great!

I can’t see how you can possibly improve your services. You have an awesome team and some great people working for you.Your people are always the greatest and they always take very good care of it. Eric and everybody in the service shop are the best there are. They are polite, professional, and friendly.

I brought it for routine service; oil change, tire rotation. Etc. I was delighted it came back washed!Like the way they do business. They and friendly, polite and very professional. In the past, as a woman, I have had horrible experiences to the point I walked out because I was treated in a very demeaning manner. (Believe me, I was sure to tell all my female friends! I have never been treated like that by Apple Motors. From sales to service, they have treated me with respect.(Btw, this survey was addressed to my husband but, this is my car. I bought it, pay for it and drive it. I only put his name on the title because of something happens to me, it will become his car with no problems.)
