It would be cool if you had a shuttle! Then I could drop off my car and get dropped off at work instead of waiting in the lobbyI like the customer service and I trust the people here

I think they try to look out for their customers and take care of themCause they’re a nice and friendly courtesy took care of me right on time no problem. I was even early and I took the right in.

it wasn’t that I was not satisfied. I just think they should explain a little better about the process and what they’re doing now granted I’ve been there to have my oil changed before certain people listen to certain people don’t..my service advisor she basically had attitude from the time I got there. I did not know I was supposed to pull in so I parked out front in which she basically said well you’re supposed to pull in. I pulled in. I gave her my keys. I think I signed something. I’m not even sure and that was it. No questions were asked. I told her strictly to make sure when they do my oil change to make sure that they clear it because they always forget To And she basically said oh no problem and what happened. It was not cleared. She never came out to say anything about my car she never asked any questions. She never even told me when the car was done. I ended up getting a text message sitting there and then I knew my car was done.,The only thing I wanna complain about is every time they change my oil they forget to clear it every single time I’ve been there for an oil change. I always have to end up coming back to have it cleared because I’ll leave and then a week or two later, my service engine light comes on and I’ll have to end up coming back because they forgot to clear it and this is every single time.Was never asked to make an appointment for next time. I usually have to end up calling.

The latest drop off time is 2:20 on week days which I think is early considering most people work.My biggest gripe is Apple Auto advertises free oil changes, but then charge $5 for the hazardous disposal fee. To me that's part of the oil change process and that price should be included in the free service. Calling it free, then charging $5 is a bit disingenious and misleading.I'd likely recommend if they were interested in purchasing a Mitsu
