I drive 1 hr and 15 minutes to this location because they treat me very well and I trust them for the work that they recommend and complete.Treat me like they care, always professional and courteous.

I don't like the ideal if you want to wait your appointment could be 2 weeks out and you already close to your mileage for your oil changeCustomer service is great

We have just purchased our fourth car from the Apple auto in Elkton Md.. That should tell you how much we appreciate the service we get from the salesman (Dan Manzari) All the way down to the free oil changes ,and the service People in the back.

The warranty work on my car was delayed throught no fault 0f either party, but you held my parts for 2 monhs and then got me in right away when my car came back from the body shop. I was impressed with your patience and quick follow through.

Was goodWith work saying done and wasn't done. Very unsatisfied because I bought this vehicle new their.Multi point inspection says was done but items checked that weren't done!!!NcMy windshield wiper fluid light was on and they said they checked it. Also my antifreeze was low and they said they checked it. On recommend it says replace rotors at only 29k miles. The brake pads aren't even worn so why replace rotors that are not worn at all. Terrible to put on recommended services. And yes I am a mechanic for 40 plus years.
