When car was dropped off, front windshield had a one-inch chip in it. When car was picked up, front windshield chip turned into about a 7-inch crack.

They asked if I was dropping off but I told them I had to wait I no longer had a ride. They said it would be 2 hours which I was fine with but I felt he was trying to dissuade me from waiting. My car was then finished in 40 minutes which almost felt rushed. Just a very confusing experience.See previous comment
