When car was dropped off, front windshield had a one-inch chip in it. When car was picked up, front windshield chip turned into about a 7-inch crack.

They asked if I was dropping off but I told them I had to wait I no longer had a ride. They said it would be 2 hours which I was fine with but I felt he was trying to dissuade me from waiting. My car was then finished in 40 minutes which almost felt rushed. Just a very confusing experience.See previous comment

Like the hospitals provide when family is having a procedure.Such as: car in service bay, oil change complete, removed ' defective/damaged part' , repair complete, car out for test drive, clean up in progress, ready for pick upnot able to have appt. only avail was 'drop off' and wait for notice of completion. apreciated the option on short ( same week) notice.However it was difficult to arrange for someone to pick me up and return me to dealership (30 min drive one way).good people and good servicewould have given a ten if my car had been washed and front seat floor vacuumneddont really want free automatic car wash code, i can do that myself. really liked when it was given a hand wash.
