My first week there, I was moving things into my storage unit. I thought it would be safe to leave the door up since I would be back in literally a few minutes. When I returned in a few minutes, I noticed my wire organizer on wheels was missing. Two of them. I immediately went to the front desk and reported a theft. I did not feel safe there after that. That was two years ago. As for the current staff at desk they're awesome! Very professional and friendly. And cleanest bathroom.
