Just a question: If tennant not home is management allowed to enter the apartment.

The building is full of cockroaches and I live in constant anxiety. I cant sleep properly nor invite guests in fear.

When the painting was completed after the light fixture was completed, there was some paint drips along my counter/sink/etc. that I had to clean up afterwards

This work was not completed. The trays and elements where not replaced

Although the sink drain leak was fix, the remediation of water damage from this AND past leaks remains incomplete. Same goes for bathroom vanity. We replied to an email from Minto, but no more contact since. Minto has NEVER completed work or remediation to code, and we are only ever told that this is the repair method mandated by Minto policy. You have mold? Paint over it. You have electrical issues? Dont charge your phone and watch TV at the same time. Smoke alarm goes off due to ZERO ventilation in the kitchen? Well, dont cook. Its the same thing time and time again. The property is too big for the current Minto staff to handle appropriately. Too much money spent on the outside of the buildings while the interior rots. So much money spent on fencing, but its installed backwards. There are numerous issues that remain unresolved and Minto does not seem likely to fix any of it.

When would the air conditioner be completed.

Confirming prior to new tenant move in if unit is up to standarded. ie, clean free of grease, actually painted*, free of previous tenancy odors (cooking/mystery odors), front door up to fire code standards/sealed from pests, accuracy with parking costs from the leasing personnel l.I did not have a good move in experience bottom line. My unit was not turned over to the basic standardsAlthough management is working on the fixes ita just unfortunately that I wasnt in to settle in as of yet.
