Its unfortunate that your building needed to be told by the resudent of the issue with the fire alarms not working. Given the testing is done monthly and yet I've never heard them unless my sliding door is open and can hear the faint sound from another building.

The service was done on a timely manner. But I was expecting a new towel holder do to the paint that is all over the one that is there.

During the move in day, I hope they would do a full on tour and explanation where the garbages, amenities, how to work the laundry, and specific times of when to use the facilities. Also, it would be nice if parking for visitors are complimentary even for a limited amount of time in a month, cause the parking fee is too expensive, it’s like paying for a month’s worth of parking fees.However, Rhoda from the office was super helpful and always ready to help when we have questions. She was patient with us and had taken the time to show how everything works. Thank you Rhoda!

The building is full of cockroaches and I live in constant anxiety. I cant sleep properly nor invite guests in fear.

When the painting was completed after the light fixture was completed, there was some paint drips along my counter/sink/etc. that I had to clean up afterwards
