Work wasn’t completed as my broiler still is not working they did come to check as stated on notice of entry.

Paying an exorbitant amount of rent and having to share laundry facilities 1 washer and 1 dryer between 12 families is insane. We have ants all over the place, base board heating, and ZERO surveillance or security

The 5% annual increase is somehitng that you should consider. Its high this rate.

Lack or appropriate maintenance, overspending on aesthetics and landscaping, lack of snow removal, yearly increases in rent while services and maintenance remain subpar. Parkling is supposed to be included, as per rental protal, but we are being charged for it. last maintenance ticket took 3 months to resolve. reported mold in bathroom, and the proposed remedy was to paint over it. unit is under-powered; one 20Amp breaker for the included air conditioner keeps getting tripped, and half the living room and both bedroom are on the same breaker. these are all issues that we were told would cost too much to fix, so that we will have to live with them or move. buildings management keeps forgetting that, due to severe allergies, we do not use the main apartment door, yet still insist on using it to enter out unit when the sliding door is available. the management here is beyond incompetent.

I haven't signed a lease for over 10 years

The overall experience was great! There was a repair that hasn’t been done and was done the day I moved in! This was helpful but i do wish it was done prior to! The laundry room has had a pretty heavy smell every time I’ve been in there as the hallway sometimes too so if there could be something done on that would be great

The grounds keeping & the parking need some attention .
