Very slow response to major problem with dryer costing me DOUBLE for at least five dryer loads. It has been two months already

Hope that bldg 14 garden home laundry need the dryer be change,it is not drying good.

I am not renewing my lease at 5.5% increase and have chosen to go month-to-month at the approved increase of 2.5% for the year.The recent "upgrades" that have been done to the property do not warrant such a drastic increase. In fact, many of the "improvements" were poorly executed and didn't add any value. I find that the lack of respect for maintaining the property clean by some (not all) tenants show how they value their living.
