I'm very pleased with the work that the Maintenance staff provided. It was not his fault that I had been waiting for over 3 years to get an exhaust fan in the bathroom working. He came and looked at what needed to be fixed and the fan. It only took him an hour.

Getting a time when the work will be completed. I love the new team, they are conscientious and quick to respond for the most part. I know vacancies have come and I hope the same high standard that afforded me to move here continues with new tenants.
