I am hoping at renewal that my rent doesn’t increase very much. It’s been very high prior years. Please, Please keep the increase as low as possible at renewal. I would greatly appreciate it and will be able to stay for many more years. Thank you kindly! The only reason I checked good, instead of excellent on apartment amenities and apartment, is because there are often issues with things not functioning properly (which has to do with original construction and not necessarily Arbor View’s fault) same with my apartment, some of the materials and such seem to deteriorate or break down or don’t match.

I am concerned about the increase in monthly payments! I am very happy here and love the wonderful staff! The activities are so special always keeping in mind all of the residences that live here! I feel safe living here ! Thank you to Laurie, Shelia, Vanessa, and Joy and Hector!
