Carlos is the most incredible maintenance man you could have hired. He is so kind and so fast and so knowledgeable about air conditioners and he fixed mine in just a very short period of time. When he left, he said he was sorry this happened to me and that he is there for anything that goes wrong in my apartment. He said I’m just here to make your life easier. He said he didn’t care what time it was if it didn’t work to call him right back.

This issue had to do with some leakage from all the heavy rains this week. The leakage pretty much stopped after Hector came up and checked it out but he also mentioned that there might be additional repairs needed up on the roof.

I submitted my request on line. Maintenance Personnel was at my door within an hour of my requests…. The repair was done quickly & was excellent

Jose was wonderful. Took care of my wasp situation & was very understanding of my concern and made sure all were completely eliminated from my balcony.Arbor View is so blessed to have Jose & Hector.
