Staff is excellent but I find my neighbors ( not all) to be very cliquish and generally unwelcoming

Superb. Reflects well on AV

Carlos is the most incredible maintenance man you could have hired. He is so kind and so fast and so knowledgeable about air conditioners and he fixed mine in just a very short period of time. When he left, he said he was sorry this happened to me and that he is there for anything that goes wrong in my apartment. He said I’m just here to make your life easier. He said he didn’t care what time it was if it didn’t work to call him right back.

Excellent service!

I have felt a part of the “family” here and am gradually becoming a part of the community. The staff is wonderful and I believe that work hard to keep the “us” happy. Thank you for all you do!

I love Arborview! It’s wonderful in every way!

This issue had to do with some leakage from all the heavy rains this week. The leakage pretty much stopped after Hector came up and checked it out but he also mentioned that there might be additional repairs needed up on the roof.
