Any time I fill out a maintenance report, I hear from someone with 30 minutes. And it's usually fixed immediately. I wish I could better express the "wonderfulness" of my new home.

The pitch that grabbed me before I moved here was that this was a community for “ACTIVE 62 yr olds and up”. Apparently, my definition of active is different from Arborview’s. I’m 75 and I go elsewhere for my yoga and physical gym workouts as the ones provided here are way too easy. I’d guess around half the people here must use a cane, walker or electric wheelchair. Sometimes I feel like I live in a nursing home. I live on the 4 th floor and take the stairs. I don’t fit the profile of other residents here.There are reasons why I’ve renewed my lease ,1. It’s quiet, safe, and I have a nice view from my balcony.2. Maintenance and onsite management staff are excellent, though the turnover is high.3. The rent is reasonable.4. The trash collection is convenient.5. The layout of my apartment is very nice.6. The in apartment washer and dryer is very convenient.I appreciate that Arborview strives to create a community for its residents thru its monthly programs and schedules for gatherings, sedentary activities, holiday celebrations, happy hours, and outings and such.Maybe I’m just the odd duck, loner or anomaly?In any event, I’ll renew my lease when the time comes.Thanks.

The facility made. Me get rid of my dog. There was a conflict with another dog who bit my dog. The dog got loose from his owner and fought my dog. My dog got loose first but I had to get rid of my dog and if I didn’t they threatened to have the sheriffs dept come and forcibly take my dog the other dog did not have to leave he facility. He attacked my dog as well as my dog attacking him. I think the other dog should have had to be rid of also. Very devastating situation very hurtful to me. I should have been able to move out but they wanted to start with &2500.00 to break the lease. Among other situations I have nothing good to say about ArborView.First

I am disappointed that the original chairs in the theater were replaced with the "theater chairs". The original chairs provided the perfect spot and equipment for the exercise classes provided by ArborView. The area in the craft room is TOO SMALL and the plastic chairs are NOT safe. Sadly I stopped going to the classes....but I feel that amenity was taken from me..... A group of residents do an exercise class by using "You Tube" on the TV provided in the Club House. I give kudos to residents who began this class...however it is one that doesn't match the classes that were provided by Damien and staff. I feel that amenity was taken away and not replaced appropriately.I believe I am correct in presuming this change was made by "corporate" and not our staff here!
