First off ALL STAFF are exceptional. They all go out of their way to help. They are never to busy to help. The activities have something for everyone. I’m just sorry I’ve had problems that have kept me from playing games. The residents are also special. It almost seems like they were hand picked. Thank u for allowing me in. Please keep rent so I can afford to stay. Thank you .

There has been a lot of turnover of staff since I have been here, the lack of consistency is unsettling. One manager and her assistant were not very nice, but with the help of the regional manager and some pro-active, positive residents, that situation was resolved. I feel very comfortable with our current manager, and she is approachable and helps solve any concerning situations, but we have had continual turnover in housekeeping people, maintenance , support staff, and managers. Other than that, I love the events planned, the other residents, the beauty of everything inside and out, the communications are clear, and my husband and I love it here.

I'm just hoping my renewal won't be increased to much so we can stay another year here at Arborview.
