I was very impressed at the timeliness of the work and I was even asked if there was anything else I needed before he left. I have been living in apt for decades and this was the best service I've received. Thank you.

People that have lived there longer seem to think the rules do not apply to them, especially regarding dogs.Was very unpleasant dealing with the dogs coming and going on the elevator, upsetting my dog quite a bit.And although it's against the policy, there were some people that took their dogs into the amenities and let their dog bark, disturbing everyone else's peace, whether they were trying to play cards, are they living in an apartment that overlooks the pool and these people were taking their dog out there, not to mention they would let the dogs loose and the dogs would go to the bathroom out there.Also the people that took their dogs to the dog park, a lot of them were great, but there were people who could not control their dogs, which scared my small dog.People acted quite rude at some of the socials, it seemed they wanted everyone to get out of their way so they could get to the free food and free liquor. And some people abused using the coffee facilities. Not to mention when I had not lived there very long, went down for one of the breakfast socials, sat at a table and a woman walked up and said "we always sit at this table, you are at our table. There were no names on the table, and I asked in the office and they said there are some cliques who always sit in the same place

I may move to Arizona to be close to my daughter and granddaughter. I will evaluate the cost of moving and living in Arizona compared to Austin.

Currently having health issues that are preventing me from enjoying the time I have been here.

Thanks so much for handling this right away. I was thinking my dishwasher should dry my dishes, but it doesn't, actually. But it washes them great, and it heats them...just doesn't really dry them.

I really loved living there. People there were very nice and they had patience with me. I enjoyed all those activities and events. Will miss living there
