I realize that rent increases are usually necessary but $84.00 ($1260.00 over the term of the lease) is excessive to me. Half of that amount would be more appropriate.

I have already had one rent increase I have lived at Arbor View. If I have another one, I would seriously consider moving.

We should have the same amenities as other sparrow communities. After four years the windows need cleaning. More variety on the social calendar. L&E should meet with residents.

I’m happy with most things and enjoy life.The change of staff was difficult for me, but it’s getting a little better.I have issues with things, but overall I’m satisfied with life here.

There are so many things I love about Arborview, and for this reason I will be renewing my lease. However, I’ve been disappointed with the staff for their level of tending to recurrent issues: dogs at community events and smokers on our property. (These issues have been unresolved since I moved here in Feb 2023 — despite consistent feedback to staff.) I’m in hopes these can be addressed soon with a resolution that matches the terms of my lease. Thank you so much to everyone at Sparrow for all you do to make Arborview a desirable place to live. I would love the opportunity to speak with someone about these recurring issues.Denise Gowan

Since I got this survey nine days after the date that I had to renew by if I wanted to get the "discount" rate it seem like a strange one that asked if I was going to renew.My one major complaint is:: I don't drink alcoholic beverages because I hate the taste of it. I have nothing against others drinking as long as they aren't a sloppy drunk as I have seen in other places.A year ago you started to give out two tickets for these drinks and I usually drink water (or a soft drink). I also know of several people who never come down for any event. Why are we charged as much as those to get the alcoholic drinks. I realize that this is probably the easiest way to have alcoholic beverages but it sure seem unfair to me.
