I’m always happy with the maintenance staff. I have some difficulty with the online form.i wish that it were easier.

The low water pressure in the kitchen was corrected within 24 hours of being reported.

Jose was great! Even asked if there was anything else he could do for me.

My problem (clogged drain) was handled perfectly. The only thing way it could have been better is if he was here when it plugged up….

It’s frustrating how often the hot tub has broken down — and for a long period of time. We pay for amenities, and they don’t work. I especially need the hot tub for my shoulder and for recent surgery.

I am hoping at renewal that my rent doesn’t increase very much. It’s been very high prior years. Please, Please keep the increase as low as possible at renewal. I would greatly appreciate it and will be able to stay for many more years. Thank you kindly!The only reason I checked good, instead of excellent on apartment amenities and apartment, is because there are often issues with things not functioning properly (which has to do with original construction and not necessarily Arbor View’s fault) same with my apartment, some of the materials and such seem to deteriorate or break down or don’t match.
