My washer is still making the same sound when spinning. I was told to see if the sound would stop and it has not. I would like to request for it to be fixed or replaced.

I figured that once the first maintenance man came the problem would be solved but the second maintenance man was the one that solved my problem totally l have know more issues he knew exactly what needed to done and he completely solved it..very pleased

I don't know why they were in my closet but, they put my mop in there with my clothes instead of putting it back where it was! (in the same door as the washer and dryer! Also, left my bathroom carpet very dirty when they were only fixing my dryer???
