I figured that once the first maintenance man came the problem would be solved but the second maintenance man was the one that solved my problem totally l have know more issues he knew exactly what needed to done and he completely solved it..very pleased

I don't know why they were in my closet but, they put my mop in there with my clothes instead of putting it back where it was! (in the same door as the washer and dryer! Also, left my bathroom carpet very dirty when they were only fixing my dryer???

I love med the out line of the unit once I walked through the door I knew I automatically wanted to lease

The paint job is a complete eye sore. They painted only a portion of the wall and it’s clearly two different colors. They had to come twice to paint and both times look like trash. I’m completely dissatisfied.

The light fixture is rusty..there're scrap marks on the living room floor the kitchen and bathroom doors should have been polished the bathroom door needs to be fixed

The crew left old caulking on the floor. The bathroom mirror was smeared from top to bottom. They also left a large gap between the countertop and wall that could’ve been filled with caulking. They left dried caulking on the brand new countertop as well as a scuff on the corner of the countertop. As a service tech/building engineer I know what to look for. Have they not heard of Windex or a broom and dust pan. Completely unacceptable.
