Overall, it’s been good. I was told I was gonna get a 45 day walk-through which I never did so after about 65 days I contacted them and I did get the most pressing issues handled but never did have that walk-through so now I’m waiting for the year walk-through

When we first started our search after vacationing in Northern Idaho for a couple years we began a list of potential areas and neighborhoods. One that we highlighted was Architerra Homes Foxtail N Cyprus Fox Loop. It was at the top of our list but with new home construction process it was a long shot for a number of reasons. Fast forward two years and our timing had arrived for selling our home in Oregon. We sold quickly and needed to find something fast. We looked at several options and noticed that Architerra had the perfect match for us…in Foxtail…on Cyprus Fox Loop! We needed the home sooner than what Architerra was projecting but they worked with us and with our schedule to make it happen.Architerra is very good at what they do and we couldn’t be happier.

Pretty minimal - Dave (warranty) was good!

It was fine. As our third time buying a new construction home it was not the best experience we’ve had but it wasn’t terrible. Sylvie was really nice to work with.

Disappointed

They really don’t care about Quality craftsmanship hurry up and slap it up and sell it for you for a way overpriced house and then they don’t tell you that you have rentals behind you not happy

Being a first time homebuyer, I appreciated Architerra (Chad) having a loan person available the day we found the house we liked and introduced me to a window blind covering person also

Wonderful! We needed to sell our other home and we were given a long closing period so we wouldn’t be paying 2 mortgages for a long time.
