Staff is super helpful. Very warming and happy with the ease of it. We love the complex, our apartment and the amenities. Walking at night with my wife and pups is a lot of fun with the walkways.

I am very dissatisfied with the way the water leak issue and subsequent repairs have been handled.There was a water leak that was ultimately found to originate on the third floor. I do not understand why it was necessary to cut a hole in my ceiling when the leak was not on my floor. The leak was coming from the third floor, yet I have had to deal with ongoing disruptions in my apartment.What concerns me most is that my apartment has become a constant work site. Every day someone seems to be entering my unit to inspect, cover, or repair the hole in the ceiling. This has been extremely inconvenient and disruptive to my daily life.Yesterday, workers arrived at 10:00 a.m. to repair the ceiling. Prior to their visit, I informed the person coordinating the work that I was only available in the morning. However, when the workers arrived, they informed me that the repair would take the entire day. I could not stay because I was only available until noon. I am not a maintenance professional and had no way of knowing that the work would require the entire day.After discussing the situation with another staff member involved in scheduling the repair, I was told that the workers would return at 8:00 a.m. on the following day. However, no one arrived as promised. Later, Jared informed me that they could not come every day for only two hours at a time.Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with both the service and the way this situation has been managed. The communication has been poor, the scheduling has been unreliable, and the repeated interruptions to my privacy have been frustrating.This has been the worst experience I have had as a resident, and I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves the way such issues are handled in the future.

I had a problem wifh my washer and dryer and Arden did a great job of giving me access to another one while the ordered necessary parts. The Service reps were kind and courteous!
