It was a rough move in. The effective rate I was told was changed during the lease signing. The wifi wasn't connected and had to be serviced. The location of the trash was inaccurate and would have affected my decision. The administration fees were not waived as promised. The floors were dusty upon arrival. I am sure things will brighten up however the original move in was gloomy.
