Our move in experience was incredibly simple and the ALL of our leasing agents were incredibly helpful. We did have a miscommunication with what floor plan we were expecting to get but Sophie in the leasing office made sure we were happy with the unit we wanted and corrected the issue right away. They are all very lovely and I am excited to be here at Arden Karl’s Farm.

After being told this would require the ceiling replaced and would take a few days suddenly it is fixed in 4 hours with no notice of what was repaired in the ceiling I feel this was just mailed to look better then walked away from

I appreciated the quick response to my work order request to fix the leak in my shower. I filed the request online in the morning and they came to fix it at 12:15 the same day. I wasn’t home so they left a note about the fix. The only thing I wish is that they had locked the door when they left. Was that an oversight?
