During the recent heatwave, when my air conditioner was not working well, I reached out to the office to request as repair. The response was immediate and thorough. The needed adjustment/repair to the system was made within a couple of hours. I have not had a reoccurrence of the problem. My home is now nice and cool despite the unseasonably warm weather.
