Alison was super great! She heard my concern and acted on it! She had maintenance sent to me in less than 5 minutes after leaving the office. She’s a great asset to the Aria! Way to go Alison! The maintenance guy Jesus got the job done but could definitely brush up on his people skills. We have lived here for over 2 years and it shouldn’t feel like an angry stranger is coming to work on maintenance request.
