Jesse was very professional and efficient and solved my broken washer issue very quickly. This was our 2nd washer/dryer unit after we had to deal with rust and moldy odor from the first one. We had two other issues thereafter.Jesse understood the extreme frustration having to deal with different issues arising multiple times. This time washer's spin cycle simply stopped functioning. Only 1 day after inspecting the problem, Jesse replaced our unit with a newer, nicer washer that appears to be working great so far! It's also significantly quieter which is a huge perk since I work from home. Our manager Eric also came to assist with replacing the washer. Brandon also called to follow up to let me know that Jesse will be replacing the washer the next day. Jesse is the best, we really appreciate you!
