Great responsiveness from office and clean environment with nice amenities such as the gym and the coffee bar and pool table

Terrific repair and Immediate response to a work order! Much appreciation to Jesse for his attention to detail. He does the job right the first time.

The grounds needs to be better up kept and rules enforced as far as residents not picking up dog poop around the property. It’s absolutely ridiculous how disgusting the grass is and nothing is done about it. It would be nice if there were options to have parking spots with an EV charger. There are a handful of residents that stalk the EV chargers so nobody else can use them.

Jesse is always very professional and extremely fast at responding and providing complete solutions. Thank you!

Jesse did a great job. He also fixed the front door lock that was sticking. Allison was very helpful and set up the request for me.
