Arlington realty managed the rental of two of our properties. They have helped us keep the properties in good condition, keep tenants in the properties and have helped to maintain good relationships with the renters. They have also taken a leadership role in upgrading both properties. This includes estimating cost, scheduling and overseeing the trades people as well as bringing in the projects within the budget. We are pleased.
