Scheduling was quick and easy.Service was good. Got my car straight in, but took a little longer than expected since I had an appointment.

We received an email from Mitsubishi and took it to Arrow Ford and Mitsubishi dealers to have our oil changed. I was told when I got there that the coupon was good they took my vehicle and performed the oil change, then came and asked me to email them the coupon. Within a few minutes they came back out with the bill in hand that was nearly double the $69.95+ tax that I was expecting to pay, and told me that it was because the Vin number on the coupon did not match my car. I was not prepared to pay more than approximately $76 for the oil change. It ended up costing me $106.73 (which he said he gave a discount on) and I was left with only $.86 in my banking account after they charged me their price . Had I not had the $106 in my account, I don’t know what I would’ve happened because I do not live in Abilene I live out of town, and they had already moved my car into a back lot in case my payment didn’t go through. It was embarrassing and frustrating.

N/AParking is pretty tightHe only kept me updated when I called, 9/10 times he wouldn't answer. With that in mind, he was very respectful and courteous, I just wished he couldn't have been communicated a bit more.

Service is done at the Ford service centerthey did not reset there oil change reminder, I had to come backIt would be nice if you offered the outlander without the third row seatingagain they did not rest the oil change reminder and I had to go backI talked my sister into buying a Mitsubishi, she bought a crossover, decided it was to small went to trade it in for an outlander and was treated VERY poorly so she bought Hyundai. She hadn't even had the Mitsubishi a year. When she took it in for oil change they didn't reset it and when I took my outlander in for its oil change they didn't reset it and I had to go back and have it done. I was disappointed in Mitisubishis follow up and treatment of my sister
