A new battery had to be ordered and it took awhile to get to the dealership.I love to get my car serviced near Christmas as it’s fun to look at all the decorations.Everyone is friendly and helpful throughout the dealership.

Furniture and carpet were very stained and dirty. Felt grimy. Needs a thorough cleaning.My service advisor was kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. The receptionist at check in and out was also kind, respectful.The price offered via email was not available in the dealer’s computer and required special permission to be used. It was approved late in the day and the appointment was for scheduled a couple of days later.
