Dogs should not be allowed in the clubhouse or the main lift

I have lived here for 22 months and the dog park elevator, which is closest to my apartment, worked for 3 months and hasn’t worked since. Pool is a disgrace. Cleanliness in common areas is questionable. Was too embarrassed to host Christmas party at my apartment this past year overlooking the pool and with no close working elevator. Love the people who live here. Only positive at the current time.

Poor Maintenance and/or failure to hire or assign the proper people has caused MAJOR problems. Why does this first apartment complex use in-house people for pool maintenance ? Why did management hire the wrong company with the resources to handle elevator breakdowns quickly? Why does Management respond to questions with blah blah blah, or even worse, LIE about their response? Why did our former apartment manager break rules and/or break the law and/or lie about important matters?Even the smallest matters do not get attention… (a) allowing residents to leave valet trash cans in the halls 24/7, (b) hallway carpets and trash closets rarely get swept or vacuumed, (c) elevator floors and walls always filthy, (d) pool decking materials were a poor choice so frequent power washing is a must, but it doesn’t happen, etc.

1 of 3 elevators hasn’t worked in a year. Main lobby elevator has been broken off & on for 3 months, currently down for 2 weeks. Pool hasn’t been operational for 3 months

I am very concern that one elevator is not working more than a year and a half and they informed us it is temporarily out.

Unfortunately there were no units to actually see due to major repair done. I cant take an apt. Without seeing actually seeing it
