The great job by the management and maintenance staff was far above what one would expect.

Amanda and Michelle are complete super stars and they are a key reason I would recommend Ascent, they know everyone in a personal way and run a great service. Issues are with the apartment facility (1) noise of the AC units in the bathroom means you don't have a peaceful sleep, the (2) kitchen units are old and dirty (3) gym equipment is good but not great (4) location is great (5) key fobs and elevator have slow response times (

I gave these ratings because I truly enjoyed living on the property since 2022! The office and maintenance staff is incredible and truly cares about their residents.

Amanda and Michelle are phenomenal individuals on both a personal and professional front. The maintenance team is also exceptional and available when needed. I will miss living here!

The staff are very professional, they are extremely friendly and always there if we have a request. The apartment complex is always clean and it has amazing facilities. Also the location is perfect with a lot of things to do around.

Everything was great and the area was amazing place to live.

Staff was awesome

It is great while moving in. The staff is super friendly, but while moving out the manager was rude and didn’t take the time to go over all the details.
