Elevators are a problem. Nothing has changed with the new elevator maintenance company. Some windows in the apapartmentneed to be replaced.

During our interaction with Michelle, we experienced behavior that we found to be condescending and inappropriate. Certain comments and tone felt dismissive and, at times carries undertones that could be interpreted as culturally insensitive or racially biased.
