I love living here! The staff is amazing! Maintenance team is one of the best! I do not like that the elevator closest to me and closest to my parking space has been down for a year. With brief up times. Also the machine in the gym. Neither are deal breakers the good certainly out weighs the bad but I would love to see updates. I would also like to see more texting and less emails for issues like pool outages or last minute food trucks. When I’m not at work I rarely check my email but my phone is always close. I’d also love to see trash cans in the elevator lobbies as there are many many who have yet to grasp this is our home and just dump their trash anywhere. Ok, this sounds like a lot of complaints but really this is an amazing place to live and I certainly love it !

Amanda and Michelle are complete super stars and they are a key reason I would recommend Ascent, they know everyone in a personal way and run a great service. Issues are with the apartment facility (1) noise of the AC units in the bathroom means you don't have a peaceful sleep, the (2) kitchen units are old and dirty (3) gym equipment is good but not great (4) location is great (5) key fobs and elevator have slow response times (

People smoking weed on poolside balconies is not acceptable

I gave these ratings because I truly enjoyed living on the property since 2022! The office and maintenance staff is incredible and truly cares about their residents.

The team at Management office is Amazing.Amanda & Michelle, they are like a family to me. I do not have a word to gratitude to the two ladies.
