Staff is lovely and helpful, building is also in a good location but i dont like the lack of preparedness for natural disasters and doesnt make me feel safe. If it were for leaving everything to destiny i would move in a cheaper apartment block and save the money to be able to get prepared on my own. But i do like the community in this building
