Management needs to stop being so corporate and realize that we are real people who live here and that their policies don’t allow for special circumstances.

They need to actually clean the apartments when they are turned over and fix the things that need to be. We have old tenants hair painted over in our home, exposed outlets, a sink that continuously falls out, painted over outlets, exposed wiring, cracked ceilings, moldy shower that was like that when we got there. Etc etc etc etc
