Iโve been here for the past five years. And, they have yet not been able to hold residents accountable for their dogs pooping on our yards in front & back of our complex. What's up with this? They need to give a citation or fine them or something!

The maintenance issue itself is only part of the problem. My overall concern has involved repeated delays, inconsistent communication, and the handling of my transfer request. I was informed that no comparable units were available, while a unit was still being advertised as available on the property website. My written concerns were not meaningfully addressed, and management ultimately refused further discussion instead of providing a clear resolution. This experience has not reflected good-faith communication or reasonable problem-solving.

I would not recommend this apartment to anyone and the gates are always broken and we pay too much for how bad the apartment is kept up.
