My encounter with Ms.Crystal is unprofessional over the phone and in person.

Several issues with the apartment. I’m aware pest control sprayed a few times still live roaches. Dishwasher has a rusted basket and dead roach. Hole in the ceiling near light fixture. Light fixture is crooked. Incorrect light bulb installed in light fixture. Carpet tab sticking out of carpet. Wasps nest on the patio. Towel bar missing in shower
