While request # 961589 (Bldg exterior request) was done except cobweb removal, my honest concern is that there aren't enough measures being taken to maintain a clean, tidy & visually appealing exterior of the units. With lingering cobwebs in the breezeway and stained concrete stairs, and handrails that are due for a paint touch-up; more needs to be done to give the community a true face lift. FYI, I had made a similar request submitted earlier in the year (3/27/25) on request #924941....I shouldn't have to if only proactive measures were in place to address such instances.
