Living in Ashley house means belonging to a good community. There are no complains but a lot to thank and appreciate

I asked to see my new apartment before signing the contract, but Mary refused for reasons I don't know. After I signed the contract, she allowed me to see the apartment. My request was that I didn't want anyone living above me because of the noise. The reason I agreed was that I had a friend who lived there, and I thought it was the same apartment. To my surprise, it wasn't the same at all; it was completely different. Some of the electrical appliances were broken, and others were old and didn't work. Besides that, there was the noise from the neighbors who live on the floor above me.

The painters took shortcuts when repainting the tub and drawers. They did not clean it before they painted over the debris.I enjoy taking baths, but tub feels grainy. The kitchen cabinets look grainy. The bathroom drawer was the most disgusting. They painted over other people’s hair so it cannot be removed. I can easily correct this problem with plastic liners but it is not acceptable.

The gates break down too much....and anyone can just come in. The parking has gotten better but sucks overall
