Prices were competitive and location was convenient to my husband‘s work place. Brianna and Erwin were friendly and courteous at the beginning of my visit. I gave them only four stars because I twisted my right ankle before walking into the office. After the walk-through, my ankle started hurting. I reported this to Brianna and pointed out to Erwin where I hurt myself. Neither one apologized or said they would fix the issue to prevent future accidents. No one called me the next day to make sure I was OK. I had to elevate my feet for two days before I was feeling better again. I am very disappointed. Although Ashley House is my husband‘s first choice, I’m not sure I want to come back.

Brianna was great and very friendly, other employees didn’t speak or even acknowledge my family and I was even there. So felt kind of uneasy
