The older lady at front desk is extremely rude to me Everytime I come in, saying it loud so everyone can hear that I have an outstanding balance and refused to check me in until I got it taken care of so I stepped outside because I didn’t think I was checked in and my phone only works on speaker and I didn’t want to be loud in the lobby. She then comes outside and tells me why are you outside? They’ve been calling for you because you told me to get on the phone and talk to the insurance company I’m trying to figure it out. There’s a reason why my 10 Care wasn’t making the payment and I was trying to explain that to her, but refusing to check a pregnant mother in when they already have a lot of hormones is ridiculous and I don’t need to be told every single time in front of the whole lobby that I have an outstanding balance I have insurance for a reason if insurance isn’t taken care of it then Kelli or whoever’s over y’all‘s insurance can call me privately I don’t wanna have to come into my appointment and be embarrassed about an outstanding balance. I’m pregnant and homeless and I have other things going on outside of my OB appointment and the last thing I need is for her to be rude. I just wish I would do something about it. I don’t wanna be told. I have an outstanding balance again, especially in front of the whole lobby. I have 10 care for a reason if they’re not making the payments then y’all need to call them. I don’t have anything to do with that. I just think it’s extremely rude and I was literally crying in my ultrasound to the lady because of how upset I was.

She was super sweet and eased any and all concerns I had :)
