My experience with maintenance and the office was done in great professionalism, discretion, concern, and care.

Lower part of refrigerator became nonworking.transferred perishable I.e.milk and juice to the freezer compartment.Took ice cream to nbor which had become softened. This is the second time this project has occured within a six week span. Once problem spotted, by maintenance, it was resolved.

Refrigerator in the lower level was not working whereas the freezer remained frozen.This happened on the weekend. I reported the situation Monday as I was concerned about the produce and diary being affected.Management recognizing the problem, prioritize the issue and assured me that Maintenance would be notified. It was less than 2,hrs in getting this problem rectified. I was and am pleased with the resolution as I didn't have to get rid of my food in the lower part of the fridge.Maimtenance not only fix the problem, but I explained the situation. I am very pleased by with the coordination of Management and Maintenance.

I had logged 2 separate work orders: one regarding kitchen sink and the other regarding living room ceiling fan. Jason from Building Maintenance fixed both issues within 1-2 days of me logging both work orders. Both items were fixed properly during visit. As always, Jason is a delight, always personable and professional.
