My problem with the water was taken car of immediately.

Jason came in changed my drip pans and tested to make sure they were working properly.

Mr. Jason the Maintenance Technician is always thorough, friendly, timely and very helpful. He will go above and beyond if needed. That I do appreciate.

I have complained from day one about my refrigerator which still doesn’t work properly to no avail. Yes a part was change to stop the fridge part from freezing. The freezer works ok but it’s obvious air is getting in and freezing up. the fridge too warm and spoils foods with in a day or two. Aston Arbors shame on you for not taking care of this situation for months now.

Jason always gets to problems as soon as possible. In this case, it was an emergency situation with my air conditioner. He came almost as soon as he got the information. I know it wasn't a long wait. He stayed with the problem until it was completely finished. His attitude is always very cheerful and positive and is always, always never less than respectful. Which is something that is very, very important to us as elders.

Moving into my apartment here was the easiest and least stressful move I have experienced out of all my moves in my adulthood.

Jason, the Maintenance Technician, was very prompt, professional, and polite. He fixed my shower curtain rod problem quickly and efficiently. He even answered a few questions I had about the layout of the residences like where the trash chute and laundry facilities were on my floor.
