Ben fixed the water pressure in bath-tub/shower; repaired switch plate in bathroom near sink; checked smoke detector in hallway; and put weather stripping on base of front door. Please have pest control spray interior/exterior of unit, as a beetle crawled up[ front floor-board yesterday; crickets in bathroom; and a grass-hopper size of small bird in kitchen. Spray as soon as possible, particularly along baseboard, as between quarter-round and plank flooring, these is a gap, where bugs crawl up from foundation. Ben did a great job. Christine Larson
