Dr Wallen and all the staff were extremely courteous, caring, and professional. They made me feel relaxed the minute I walked into the office. They explained the procedure I was having and thoughtfully explained each step as we went forward.

The wait was over an hour from my appointment time. Supposedly it was because of personal leaving but I don’t think they left unexpectedly in the last few days. Receptionist should have explained the problem and allowed me to rebook at a different time. If I would not have made an inquiry I would have waited much longer I’m sure.

While Dr. Wallen and the rest of the office staff are simply wonderful, Lisa C. went above and beyond for me in my time of need (I had broken a tooth 5 days before a high school reunion!).I highly recommend Dr. Wallen as he is knowledgeable, professional and always errs on the side of caution to ensure the quality of his work product and patient happiness, comfort and satisfaction.
